Brightling Cafe – Brightling, East Sussex – village website

Brightling Cafe is held in the village hall 10am-noon on the last Saturday of the month March-November (except August). It is a great opportunity to meet friends and have a chat over a cup of coffee and a piece of cake.

Judy Asselton provides cakes for the cafe and also has a stall selling homemade cakes, preserves, quiches, and other delicacies.

Sell Your Wares … If you have something you would like to sell, such as arts and crafts, then you are welcome to come to the café, grab a table and sell your wares free of charge. So if you paint, knit, weave, craft, decorate, make cards, candles, wreaths or produce honey, here is an opportunity to sell. No cakes please as that is Judy’s domain.  If you want to sell, please email Katrina beforehand to let her know what to expect: katrinablench@hotmail.com

And do remember our MAD table…..Made And Donated…

If you have spare veg, eggs, cut flowers or anything else you would like to donate, come and put them on the table. Everyone is welcome to help themselves to anything they fancy for a small donation to the Brightling Café fund. Any profit we make from the Café goes to charity at the end of the year.

The cafe serves tea, coffee & delicious cakes
