    A message from Vanessa Everett There will be a small bring-and-buy plant sale at the Village Café on Saturday. There will be a variety of tomato, pepper and aubergine plants, succulents, perennials and pelargoniums. Please bring any spare plants you may have. Proceeds to the Brightling Flower and Dog Show.

    An announcement from Sussex Police The Horse Road Safety meeting, with representatives from Sussex Police and the British Horse Association, which was scheduled for Saturday 16th May, has had to be postponed. A new date will be publicized as soon as it has been arranged.
