Sad News

It is with profound sadness that we have to announce that Nicola Summersell passed away peacefully on Saturday 14 August 2021. Her immediate family were at her bedside. Nicola fought an immensely brave battle against cancer over the last three years, having been in remission from mid 2019 to mid 2020. Nicola, aged 49, was the mother of four wonderful children; Thomas, Jack, Eva and Maia, who is at Dallington C of E primary school. It goes without saying that Nicola will be missed terribly by her family, friends and colleagues.

Her funeral will be held at Brightling church on Friday 3 September with further details to follow.
