A new version of the Rother Housing Development Strategy has been published, outlining a five-year plan to address local housing challenges. The document details measures to increase the supply of new homes, improve housing affordability, and support sustainable development, while considering issues such as rising house prices, limited land availability due to protected landscapes, and regulatory pressures. Residents are invited to review the strategy and provide feedback during the consultation period to help inform future housing policy in the area.

The consultation runs from 7 February to 31 March 2025.
