Consultation live for 12 weeks from 30 April – 23 July 2024

Rother District Council has opened its Draft Local Plan for public consultation. The Local Plan sets out development in the district over the coming decades, and covers housing, employment floorspace, community facilities, and infrastructure.

Public engagement is key to ensuring the Plan meets both its objectives and the needs of residents. Brightling Parish Council will be holding an extraordinary meeting of the Parish Council on Tuesday 4th June where representatives from Rother District Council will be providing a presentation and holding a Q&A session. As with all Parish Council meetings, members of the public and welcome and encouraged to attend.
