Local lunches – Brightling, East Sussex – village website

Local Lunches were created in 2021 and are now held every other month, mid-week to offer a freshly prepared seasonal 2 course lunch.

Anyone is welcome to attend.

There is no charge for attending, although we hope that our food delights sufficiently to earn a donation.

Funds received are used to pay any costs, much of the produce is donated but not all. Surplus funds are used to support local events and charities.

Bread is freshly made on the day and served with a main course as well as a selection of desserts.

Doors open 12:00 noon for 12:30 start. The lunches are held in Brightling Village Hall.

The dates are published in the local magazine (The Messenger) and on the home page of this website (see the calendar), as well as contact details for the organisers, Joanna Coleman and Bev Quinn, who look forward to welcoming you. If you wish to attend and have any allergies or intolerances please just let us know
