The mid-summer Brightling cafe in the village hall is on Saturday 29 June 10am-midday 

Call in for coffee, tea and delicious cake made by Judy from Asselton Cakes, who will also be selling her homemade cakes, savouries and preserves.

There will be fresh bread from Judges Bakery;  gorgeous seasonal flowers from Tara at Thistle Cottage Flower Farm;  bio-dynamic and organic veg or vegetable plants and eggs from local smallholding Roots to the Moon;  wild Sussex venison, locally shot, hand-butchered and packed by Otway’s of Sandhurst; and Janet’s popular Bric-a-brac stall. 

The children will have something to do as well as the garden to play in so bring them along.
