An announcement from Rother District Council
Dear Resident,
In order to help households in rural Rother improve energy efficiency and reduce energy bills, Citizens Advice 1066 are offering free home energy assessments for eligible households, as part of the government-funded Local Energy Advice Demonstrator (LEAD).
If you live in a rural part of Rother District and are a homeowner, landlord or private tenant then you may be eligible to participate in this project. Anyone who is in a ‘hard to reach’ demographic or a ‘hard to treat’ home, such as older buildings and those not on mains gas, can be included. The free home energy assessments are available until early 2025, but are limited in number so don’t delay if you are interested.
