Village Hall defibrillator currently out of service.
The defibrillator located at Brightling Village Hall is currently out of battery and inoperable. A replacement battery is being ordered as a priority; an update will be provided when the defibrillator is back up and running. Water outages in December – have you had a refund from South East Water?
Here is a letter recently received by a Brightling resident. You should have had one of these automatically, but if you didn’t , try contacting South East Water on 0333 000 0001 or via their web page. If you are unsuccessful in getting a refund, please let the Parish Council know. Read more

Petition opposing the planned speed limit increase on the A21 through John’s Cross and past Mountfield Heath and Vinehall Schools.
