There will be a harvest festival service at 10:00 am on Sunday 12 October 2025, in Brightling church. Please note the later than usual starting time.

Everyone is welcome; the church has been beautifully decorated, and we hope to see lots of people.

The hymns will be the familiar harvest hymns, with the exception of the last one (You shall go out with joy), which may not be known to everyone – but it’s a very catchy tune and you can practice in advance by listening to it on YouTube.

If you wish, please bring items in the form of tinned or dried food, which will be distributed to an appropriate charity.
