Although the 6th June is some way away, planning for Brightling’s celebrations are well under way. More on that nearer the time.

Do you have any information/memories/souveniers connected with your family, who may have taken part in D-Day? If we get enough together, then we could put on a small exhibition to go with a film which will be shown on the 8th June. We have been given one really interesting memory by someone already, which is what has started the thought process.
