Some time ago, Brightling Parish Council developed a “welcome pack”, aimed mainly at people moving into the village. It gives an overview of local organizations, regular events, and amenities, best ways to find out what’s going on locally, with pointers to where to look for further information.

For several years now, a copy of this welcome pack has been hand-delivered to any newcomers as and when we become aware of them.
