The Parish walks exploring the footpaths and bridleways around Brightling will start with an evening walk on Wednesday 21 May 6pm.
From the ridge it’s down into Glaziers Forge which is just outside the parish and back via Brightling Down. About 3.5 miles it should take less than 2 hours. Finishing with a drink at the Swan Inn if anyone fancies it.

The summer walk is on Monday 28 July 2pm.
From Fern Hill it’s out of the parish to Willard’s Hill and back via Hackwoods Farm to Column Wood.
