Harvest Festival this Sunday, 10.00am, St Thomas a Becket Church, Brightling. All welcome
A reminder that this year’s Harvest Festival Service is this weekend, Sunday 11th October at 10.00 am, at St Thomas a Becket Church, Brightling, with Rev Malcolm Elwis taking the service for us.
As in previous years, we are requesting donations for a local food bank and items can be brought to the church before the Sunday service please. Suitable items would be tins and packets of food, dog and cat food or essential toiletries. If anyone would be able to please loan any fruit and vegetables, pumpkins, gourds, etc, to decorate the church these would be most welcome and we would be grateful if these could be brought into the church, they will then be available for pick-up after the service.
