Drainage investigations will be carried out from the junction of Cackle Street and Hollingrove Lane, continuing approximately 781 metres north to the junction of Rectory Hill and Cackle Street.  The works are scheduled to take place on Monday 30 March 2026 to Thursday 2 April 2026, between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Cackle Street will be closed to through traffic between the junctions of
Hollingrove Lane and Brightling Road. Traffic will be diverted via Rectory Hill, Hollingrove Road and Hollingrove Lane, and vice versa. Hollingrove Lane & Kent Lane will be closed to through traffic from
the junction of Cackle Street to approx. 830 metres northeast. Traffic will be diverted via Hoath Hill, Eatenden Lane and Netherfield Road, and vice versa.
