This June, Brightling Environment Group are hosting an open garden with a difference. Held at a local, nature-friendly smallholding, the Great Green Garden Party will help visitors discover how to encourage wildlife and bio-diversity in your own garden, whether large or small. Come along for:

  • pollinator-friendly plant sale
  • garden, orchard and woodland tour
  • free compost health-check with SoilCraft CIC
  • seedling swap table (bring your spare plants!)
  • information and resources from specialists such as the Bumblebee Conservation Trust, Sussex Bat Group, Sussex Moth Group and Butterfly Conservation
  • advice about how to join the Weald to Waves “Gardens and Greenspaces” network
  • and of course – tea, coffee and cake!

Tickets are free, but places are limited; to book your tickets visit the Eventbrite booking page or email brightlingenvironmentgroup@gmail.com
